Just a basic black frame ....

We are often asked on telephone enquires or by visiting customers that they only want a simple basic black frame on their art work, poster or photo, simple you may think? Well, yes it can be. As you can see in our photo’s here, these are just a few of our basic black frames. Most of them are wooden, but we do have a small selection of POLCORE frames which are made from recycled polystyrene and printed circuit boards, which offer a cheaper alternative frame. There are a variety of things to take into account of a basic frame, first, how big is the art work which needs framing? We cant really frame an A1 poster in our smallest slimmest frame as this will not take the weight of the glass etc, but for a small photo or image its just right. Within our basic black range we have small slim line, small & medium cushioned frames, flat & brushed effect frames, along with a small and large box and deep rebate frames. As you can see we have a very extensive basic black range and any of these will suite your budget. Some of our POLCORE & wood frames form part of our budget range of frames. From our basic black range of frames we start from a 4x4inch ready made frame from around £3 and have framed items as large as 7ftx2ft & 4ftx3ft.
